vegetarian eater?

I want to live a healthier lifestyle and go vegan but I have a problem I'm a picky eater I do not like many greens or textures Fruit bother me any suggestions on what I should eat. Now my diet consists of breakfast, fish _ lunch_ gold bar area sncaks fruit ham and cheese sandwich, and one after water_ I have leftovers for lunch and for dinner i usually have cereal recipes and such please help

I know that people who claim to be vegetarians and live on nothing but grilled cheese and french fries ... which is not very healthy. I think if it comes to eating only food and not be said that I do not like, over time can grow to love them. I use to absolutely hate beets, but I knew they were very good for me, so I kept trying them in small quantities and came to count as them. They are my favorite food, but I can tolerate. You may prefer the fruit in the form of a milkshake if you do not like the texture. This helps me as I have a problem with a lot of textures. As for the green, drying to maintain the different until you find one you can tolerate. If you do not like cooked spinach, for example, you might be able to tolerate raw in salads. There are many great vegetarian food sites ... just google vegetarian menus. Hope this helps and good luck.
