How can I gain weight as a vegetarian?

I'm a little bone. How should I eat to gain weight? I drink milk, cheese and yogurt. But I hate eat cooked sideup fried, scrambled eggs, etc. I like to eat cakes. I love carbs and vegetables. I eat carbs a lot, but get lost weight. Lately I've lost weight due to severe stress, I think I'm less than 105 pounds. The bones are out of my body.

If you're thinking about becoming a vegetarian, the changes you'll have to put together your diet and your life can seem overwhelming.

Plan your menu.

Simple--stick with essential fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains. Three vegetable side dishes make a meal.  Eat a large salad with shredded vegetables. Dish up fresh fruit in a fancy dish for dessert Or Lavish--experiment with exotic items such as tofu, wheat gluten.
