Is it worth being a vegetarian / vegan.?
I do not see the point in veganism more, and to that extent, even vegetarianism. Eggs and milk products of suffering, are in almost everything. I can not find non-leather shoes (and what is the environmental impact of materials made by man?), I can not gain weight I have cold all the time, etc. Not to mention, humans have always oppressed the other animals. We have always persecuted and killed. And even though animal husbandry is the destruction of our planet, I figure why not go down with everyone else, and simply enjoy the products of animal suffering. Why bother. I used think it was a good decision, but it really does not matter.
It has benefits I have to admit, but I have to say that you can not do full-time I just need the meat that is completed it seems. I tried once and failed. I have cut way back to meet and I think most people should try to vegan and vegetarian have two meals a week 4.
