What is the difference between vegetarian and vegan? Why did you choose to be?
I'm curious and trying to reach an understanding.
Vegetarians do not eat meat. Vegans do not eat meat, + not eat any animal products such as milk (and therefore cheese, yogurt, sour cream or milk chocolate, or cookies containing milk), eggs (and therefore not the cookies that contain eggs), (honey and therefore no sweets with honey). Furthermore, no gelatin, which includes some of the animals - and this can also go vegetarian as a no-no. It depends on how strict you want. Thus, vegans may also refuse to wear leather clothing or coats animal skins. Some medications may contain excerpts from some of the animals such as fish oil supplements of vitamin E - and thus, vegans and vegetarians reject this kind of product. I am a vegetarian. Both because I never really liked meat, and because the care of animals. Cause that is also healthy. Vegan - is too difficult for me. I drink milk, I eat yogurt, honey, milk chocolate ... I just do the best I can.

Response to Ron: The Difference Between Vegetarian and Vegan
The Chinese culture has long been a advocate of healing and enhancing through natural means. They believe that the way to get ideal bodily size is by controlling it through proper diet and natural supplements, amongst other things. In this regard, they are not alone since a number of other cultures also believe that foods can influence the body's development, including for natural breast enhancement.
Studies have shown that 8 out of 10 women with immature breasts can attribute it to hormonal imbalance and that eating the right foods can right this imbalance and consequently improve breast development.
Soy and soy products are among candidates for this food, as well as other whole grains and a few yams that contain a substance called phyto-estrogen which can help in breast development. This substance can be found in profusion in the Chinese diet in the form of soy sauces, curds and paste.
There is some difference to this claim due to the fact that the amount needed to sustain the necessary levels of phyto-estrogen in the body can be fairly large. However, there have been claims by actual women who have seen the outcome and attained bigger breast through the long term expenditure of these food groups.
Since most of these food groups are also health foods, there is little risk in consuming them in quantity that are necessary to sustain the proper phyto-estrogen level in the body. It will also be easy to ingest them because they are edible, easy to prepare, and very flexible. They can even be used as replacements for meats and other protein source for vegetarian or vegan diets, and soy milk can be used to put back cow's milk even in desserts and other dishes where the use of milk is called for.
