HELP with Pantry / Shopping List?

Well, I am a college student and try to eat very healthy. Im not broke, do not need to eat ramen and coupons clip .. but i cannot go out and spend $ 300 on a car full well. So Im looking for a list of healthy foods that can make a variety of dishes. I like to cook so well im putting some time with that. If I could give you some ideas for recipes with lists that are too large! What things should be a basic food pantry / freezer? I'd love to be able to go online and find a recipe to do without having to run to buy specific ingredients for that dish. Again, eating healthy and mostly vegetarian ... Although I eat white meat and fish sometimes.

I agree, it's so annoying to find a recipe online and have to leave the market to buy items for the recipe that ONE. Staples always have in the fridge: ecstatic firm or tofu, tempeh, soy milk, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, cheese cottage cheese, eggs, low-fat cheese (or grated cheese vegan)-Baby carrots, celery, spinach, tomato, avocado, lemon, spelled bread - flour, fresh fruit, butter choice-Sweet & Sour sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, pasta sauce, pizza, etc. Freezer: Frozen-broccoli, green beans, etc., frozen fruit-VitaTops (which are high in fiber and delicious), frozen waffles, some frozen meals from Amy's or Kashi any Pantry: "Onion and garlic powder, salt, ground cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, olive oil, canola oil, cooking spray Nuts: peanuts, almonds, walnuts, nuts, crackers cereal (cornflakes frequently used in recipes, oat flakes, instant oatmeal, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, honey, bread crumbs (Italian style Pogresso is good) I hope this helped!
