I've been a vegetarian for 4 years and I feel great, why I'm growing man boobs?
I've been vegetarian for 4 years an addendum, I left weights three times a week and do cardio five times a week. I'm taking all the necessary proteins from vegetable sources (beans, rice, soy, nuts). Today I realized that every one of my shirts, you can see my nipples and boobs. It is very nice and what worries me. Could this be the use Vegetarian sources of protein rather than protein sources of meat? Other than that, I feel great. I have a headache, my body aches and I'm never energetic than before.
You say that lifting weights a lot ... Are you sure your chest is not pushing forward instead of real fat man-boobs? I met some guys who were a bit sedentary, so it was a layer of average size of the fat in the chest, then began to lift weights or do other exercises causing your chest muscles to get bigger, and the combination of muscle and fat old made them seem a bit silly-y. That sort of thing is common in everyone, regardless of diet. I only worry about gynecomastia (official name have man-boobs) if they are big and soft, and in fact resemble a woman's breasts. A bit of a bust measurement is normal unless you are super slim anyway.
