I need two soup recipes, onion soup and French vegetarian vegetable soup.?

These are the ingredients I have on white Mozzerella butter yellow onion cheese bread White Wine French Onion soup packets vingegar vegetables Carrots Celery Broccoli onion broth think I have potatoes tomato white sauce I have lots of condiments

Easy French Onion sliced onion and saute in butter. In saucepan, combine the cooked onion sauce, beef broth, and 1 / 3 cup Worcestershire sauce. While this simmers cut the bread into large pieces and toast (a brush with a little olive oil to achieve really crisp). If you have --- oven safe bowls of soup spoon, top with the piece of bread and cover with mozzarella cheese, place on grill for a few seconds until golden and bubbly. You can also do it in the microwave. Vegetarian soup is so easy, start by sweat the sliced vegetables into the pot, a pinch of salt really help along this process (not to broccoli at this point) After a few minutes add the stock / broth using a spoon to ensure all cooked small pieces are torn from the bottom of the pan. You could add the tomato sauce at this point if you will, I prefer a can of tomatoes. If For a thicker soup, add the potatoes, you can also bump into anything else in his hand .... can niblets corn, peas, rice, etc ... * I never made vegetable soup with beef broth, I'm sure it will be fine, I always use chicken .* Now I have hunger ........
