I've been really into vegetarianism lately. I want to do for my school project, but I have a lot of ideas .. I need a question like "How can a vegetarian diet meet the nutritional requirements established?" Does anyone have more ideas? Thank you very much! =)

I did my senior project in that also.I did not have to come up with a question, but then it would be "What does a vegetarian diet beneficial? (For environment, health, animals). My research paper focused on health benefits, agriculture industrial, environmental and physical benfits.My project focused on all aspects withthe vegetarian diet was cooking, flying, eating at vegetarian restaurants and interviewing other vegetarians.For my presentation I cooked vegan food in the desert and I gave my speech on how my project and research work phsycial connect, emotions they feel, then research, then how I will use this experience for a future career.
