Article vegetarian?

I need a link to some article vegetarian (which was originally a magazine / newspaper) I need a lower rate a resource for my essay. The article does not have to have a lot but need some factory farming, or how the environment affected by industrial agriculture (Some beef?)

Vegetarian Scholarships for College Students - $5,000 and $10,000 Scholarships

Vegetarians rejoice!  There is a $5,000 vegetarian scholarship for college students available from the Vegetarian Resource Group.  Two of them are awarded annually to students.  Information on how to qualify and how to apply are below, including another $10,000 scholarship giveaway. for college students.

The two $5,000 scholarships are aimed at students who have promoted vegetarianism in their schools or communities.  As the scholarship website says, students are judged on "compassion, courage, and strong commitment to promote a peaceful world through a vegetarian diet/lifestyle."  The deadline for this scholarship is February 20 and early submissions are encouraged by the Group.

The essay that you must submit must convey your view on vegetarianism and what you've done to spread the vegetarian love so to speak.  Some of the questions that you need to answer in your essay are how have you promoted vegetarianism in your high school and what kind of success have you had and what obstacles have you faced.

You also need to explain how you plan to promote vegetarianism in college and beyond and why it is that vegetarianism is important in your life.  Other questions that you should answer in your essay are why you think you deserve to receive this scholarship and if you were to recommend foods and restaurants to non-vegetarians, what would those foods and restaurants be?

To complete your application, you will need to send copies of your transcript and report cards from the last two academic years.  Also, remember to include at least three recommendations that complement your vegetarian actions at your school or community.  You should also include documentation of how you've promoted vegetarianism in your school via newspaper articles, pictures, and so forth.
