gluten free recipes for 13 years of age?
ok so my dad recently found out he was allergic to gluten. its been very hard fr him but his girlfriend is too much for what you get through it together. well I'm a vegetarian and 13 years. I want to do something for him next weekend that does not contain gluten, easy to make (im doing it myself) and Delicious! to have to be preferably gluten free and vegetarian too:) thanks in advance.
Quesadillas grilled vegetables on corn tortillas A big pot of chili with all the fixins and a salad. I started a gluten free diet because I'm not allergic, but because I have a swelling problem of evil. It is working very well. I really miss bread and pasta but I love many kinds of food that is not really a problem because I have learned to trust really good substitutes like corn tortillas, corn flour and being a big fan of grilled vegetables really helps too. My only problem is finding the wheat free soy sauce and other Asian sauces I use for making tofu.
