My great vegetarian pot stickers are not cooking?
hey there, so I'm trying to do the vegetarian pot stickers large bowl, I followed the instructions, and are not Turing very well, i covered the bottom with oil, put the 4 in, and cooked for a minute, and I put in half cup water that was very serious, should i try to add less water? I want crisp.
Fry seam side up until just beginning to brown. Add water and simmer for a few minutes as usual. Then drain the water. Add a little more oil and brown again until crisp. You will get some annoying splash, but the results are good. If they are frozen, you should probably skip the initial browning and to make it to the skillet and then simmer fried.
