Vegetarian Breakfast?

Does anyone have a good vegetarian quick breakfast idea? I am seriously missing protein, but I have only a short period Time to eat in the morning. Although occasionally eat eggs eathing not want to kill me with that of cholesterol in the morning. Any ideas? Great suggestions already! Thank you!

Scrambled Tofu Ingredients: * 1 * 16-oz block firm tofu 3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced (1-1/2 tablespoons) * 3 tablespoons crushed red pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil * 1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 / 4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper * 3 / 4 cup sliced green onion, scallions, chives, or 1 / 2 cup chopped onion * 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce Garnish sauce corn tortillas Preparation: 1. Drain the tofu and crumble it with clean hands. 2. Sauté garlic and olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. 3. Add the crumbled tofu first, then add turmeric, salt, pepper, green onions (scallions, chives or onions) and soy sauce. 4. Cook the tofu for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve with corn salsa and hot tortillas. Makes 6 servings, but remains well up to a week in the fridge

Low Fat Delicious Vegetarian Recipes

Today, people are willing to do anything to achieve weight loss. There are so many new diets added on to the market everyday . 1. Sweet Potato Fries: A perfect complex carbohydrate lunch. It isn't like your traditional French fries. It is much healthier and vegetarian.

Firstly, pre heat the oven to 450 degrees. Now take a non stick  dish and cover it with aluminum foil . Now, slice the sweet potatoes into fine strips and lay them neatly on the dish. Next, sprinkle olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and paprika on the sliced sweet potatoes. Lastly, heat them in the oven at the same temp for about thirty minutes and your delicious vegetarian low cal recipe is ready. The spices should be added according to your own taste.

Apple and Blackberry Twist Fruit Juice: This is a sweet fruit juice you can make for breakfast


1 Apple

1 cup of Blackberries

Frozen ice cubes




How To Prepare

Chop the apple into four pieces. Pour into the blender the chopped apple pieces and a cup of washed blackberries. Add the frozen ice cubes and blend for 2-3  minutes until smooth. Enjoy!

The best thing with Vegetarian meals is they are very easy to cook. Even if you don't agree with a particular recipe, you can always add a new taste to it by adding a personal touch. Trying to cook new vegetarian recipes is equally easy. Try the above mentioned low cal delicious vegetarian recipes and even if you are a non- vegetarian, you will certainly feel a stronger drift to being all time vegetarian.
