vegetarian breakfast recipes for kids

Any ideas on how to feed a child who only likes chicken nuggets and soup?
She is 18 months and very demanding. Breakfast is well. She eats blueberry waffles, muffins, bananas, cereals, etc. Lunch and dinner is horrible, however. She will eat chicken nuggets (normal, vegetarian) Campells and chicken noodle soup with the princess or Spongbob forms. The only change I made is finally going to eat grilled cheese sandwiches, which I hide broccoli and tomato and never realize. Apart from that, I have tried pasta, mac and cheese, peanut butter, hot dogs .. all the normal things, but she do not touch. All books for 'picky' eaters have recipes for things my daughter did not even look. Any suggestions?
Try spaghetti-o, or something like that with a very mild tomato sauce.
