Eggs and dairy products from these vegetarians usually only for a little variety and are consumed in moderation. Some people do not eat any meat, but consume eggs and dairy products (lacto ovo vegetarians). That is easy. Eggplant Lasagna, garden burgers, egg salad sandwich, fresh fruit (s) with cheese, quesadillas, side dishes of meat replaced by a variety of cheeses and / or boiled eggs. For those who do not consume animal products of any kind (vegans), it gets a little complicated.
