How to break a plateau of weight loss on a vegan diet ..?

My stats: Age: 18 Height: 5'10 "Weight: 140 Gender: Male I'm on a mission to get a six pack. I've been on a vegan diet for a few months now, weighed 160 pounds and now range between 135 and 140, but I have been somewhere between these two weights for two weeks. I am strictly vegetarian, does not eat any meat or animal products, just vegetables, carbohydrates a larger complex of one day (grits, oatmeal, a slice or two of bread, rice, etc) and not eat more than two fruits. My daily calorie intake does not is a problem. Also jogging for half an hour three times a week. How can I break this plateau? I want a six pack already, and am willing to not eat any starches or carbohydrates complex, and only eat fruit and Veges and maybe some nuts for sustainable development. (I've been wanting to go raw vegan lately anyway ...)

You need much more protein - at least 1 gram per kilo of body weight. Unfortunately for vegans, are limited protein sources and tend to be somewhat poor. By example, soybeans can slow down your metabolism (especially if you have or are predisposed to thyroid problems), making it difficult in the shedding of the last part of the fat.

Weight loss should be for the betterment of ones well being and health not because one wants to be like someone else. Non-achievement of goals can result in loss of self-esteem, so it is a good idea to set realistic goals with reasonable time limits. While having that hot beach body can be alluring, remember it takes much self-discipline to get the kind of physique and weight possessed by models. Maintaining the ideal body weight with weight loss nutrition, healthy eating, including weight loss exercises in the daily routine can go a long way in a long, vigorous and disease free life!!
