What is the reason for my period to be so unusual?
My periods are usually random, never exactly 28 days. In general, are the latest supposed to be. Recently I started the swim team again and I went vegan a few weeks ago, I wonder if this might have something to do with this month. I'm supposed to start on the 27th, but as I said, it is never right, and about 3 days, I started spotting. At first it was red / pink and brown now. It's really light too. What could be causing this? I'm not sexually active.
The periods are not always the same every month. You may have heavier / lighter flows a few months. I would say that your diet and exercise changes might have something to do with it.
