Starting a vegan liquid diet for weight loss, any advice or suggestions?

I've been a vegetarian for a couple of years, im 5'1 and 100 pounds. I would like to lose 5 pounds. I plan on fast fluid for 1-2 weeks. Ive been drinking miso soup, fruit and vegetables, etc. I also plan to buy some fruit and vegetable super green powder drinks. Any ideas on how I can get protein through other low-calorie liquids a miso soup?
