Vegan cookbooks?

My favorite vegan cookbooks are vegan Donna Klein Italian and vegetarian cuisine. I love you I am not a fan of soy and meat other substitutes vegetarian, and I love European cuisine. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of the "A Vegan Taste of ..." cookbook series by Linda Majzlik. I would try to "A Vegan Taste of France" and "A Vegan Taste of Greece", but I can not find any reviews on the books thoroughly. If has been used, the author uses a lot of soy? And how are the recipes in general? Easy to do? Hard to do? Tasty? Resource Management human? Any input is appreciated. :)

I have Majzlik "A Vegan Taste of the Caribbean" (which does not help with European cuisine, I know) and does use of soy in it - most of the ingredients are fresh and unprocessed. The recipes are easy, but some of the ingredients are a little exotic and hard to get of - but that probably would not be the same for the European books.
