To live in Hollywood?

I'm having trouble finding the type of work I want in San Francisco. The types of jobs they consider my "dream job" appears to be located in Los Angeles, and I got a couple of offers that are based in Hollywood. What is the lifestyle and culture as in Hollywood? Is it a safe place to live? Will I die in a car accident? (Driving in Los Angeles crap out of me and I've heard enough need a car that, unlike San Francisco where you can get around easily on public transport). And I'm a vegan - what are vegetarian restaurants, and, if any? Is it hard to find vegan cosmetics and clothing (not as much as they can be purchased online)? If you are the people who read the question? I said I was offered jobs and ... I moved to Los Angeles because I only wanted. And what really is West Hollywood - was not sure there was a difference.

Will to be working and living in Hollywood? Because I would not recommend it. It is a good place to work, but keep in mind that live in other places, of course, in close proximity. I would suggest Beverly Hills, Century City, Studio City, West Hollywood. Just remember, do not live too far from their work, will be absolutely miserable trip. True, Los Angeles traffic is Terra (it really is true, it takes 20 minutes or more to get anywhere, lol). But you will not die in a car accident while leads to security and defense, road rage is common, but only typical. One thing that is unique to the area is the incredible amount of highways, seriously, about 80% of output, which will use the highway. In addition, LA Rush Hour (Avoid at all costs) starts around 6 am-10: 30am and 4pm is the worst-9pm. Back to Hollywood: culture is quite unusual and different, is someone from all walks of life, all kinds of food, and of course, plenty of shopping. Is probs the most diverse city in the area, Bev Hills is rich with an obscene amount of Bentley, Range Rover, Maserati and turns and a little more than normal stereo, WeHo has a huge gay population, and are realtively crime rates low for the area, along with lots of fancy restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. On the other hand, SI is a need imperative of a car. There is something adequate transport (buses), but definitely going to want a car, by all means have a 100%. And, yes, you will find many vegetarian options, I'm pretty sure the Los Angeles area has one of the highest percentages of vegans in the country, so finding a lot of options. Feel free to ask any other questions!
