I am an under weight Indian skinny teenager who weighs 105 pounds and wants to win at least 20 pounds by January 1, 2008. I am a vegetarian. Above all, I like pasta, rice, lentils. I eat cereal for breakfast, pasta, vegetables, sandwiches, rice with vegetables for lunch and then I eat rice, lentils and yogurt for dinner. I am from South India, vegetarian and do not eat the eggs. please help if you can. email me if you want more information. thanks.

Keep the pasta. Peanuts, and are quite calorific value and are a good source of protein. Not winning too. You did not mention the height, but if you are under 5'5 105 is only slightly underweight normal.
