Making a latex Batgirl mask and costume.?
I'm thinking about a latex mask of Batgirl costume and I have some questions. A latex stain to dry the latex of a solid opaque color? I want the mask to be all black. Will I need to paint over she, too, or only work the stain? What Leather Bed Frame Should I Choose? - Faux or Real Leather?
There are a lot of variations distinguishing real leather beds from fake, faux leather furniture. Genuine leather beds stand the test of time, even over the best made faux leather beds.
Leather is a natural and unique fabric, made from the hide of animals, that it is both soft, supple, and strong, which makes it extremely hard to emulate. Full-grain leather, of which all quality genuine leather beds are made, preserves the durability and strength of the hide; this quality can be felt along the entire bed, from head to foot. It is obivious when touching the material, that either plastics or artificial fibers are present in faux leather. If you feel a faux leather bed, you are going to be able to tell by touch that the fabric originated from different sources.
Genuine leather also possesses a distinct, rich smell. Although there are several leather tanning methods, including brain and vegetable tanning, the leather always maintains its distinctive smell. Faux leather does not have a unique odor because it is created from synthetics and plastics. Most people that are accustomed to leather will be able to pinpoint the variance between the real leather and the imposter version just from the smell alone, not even having to touch the fabric.
Imitation leather bed that are of low quality will likely fade or fall apart at some point. It may not appear good and might even keep you awake throughout the night. Quality faux leather is more durable and comfortable; it is certainly more affordable than the genuine leather.
