Vegetarian weight loss?

Ok so as of January after all the holiday season is over and the drinking has stopped. I looking to lose about 3 stone or so. I still listen to high protein low carbohydrate diets are the best way to lose weight, but I'm vegetarian so any ideas on sources of protein? Thanks.
