If I try to recover from anorexia to gain weight Being overweight?

well just to give you some background information. I am 17 and 112-114 pounds. I am 5 ft 5 in my eating disorder started about 8 months in the holiday season. firstly I eat normally and then throw up my dinner. which continued for a while until my mom knew I was throwing up and thought I was bulimic. Drs. I said no because I was never bulimic binge. When summer started i cut the breakfast and lunch because I was not able to throw up dinner. He also became a vegetarian. my meal a day during the day consists tofu and vegetables. They also sometimes eat sugar-free gelatin. I'm so scared to eat because I gain weight. Recently he was tricked into seeing a therapist and want to retrieve, but I read that most anorexics gaining weight and end everything becomes all that fat and muscle is gone? Is this true, what should I do? if anyone has some advice for me to just maintain my weight, but eating a semi-normal, let me know!
