Food recipes easy vegetarian Ethiopian?

Hello, I'm looking for some easy dishes that are vegetarian Ethiopian that can serve a total of 4. I was thinking of something like a pimple / dish of lentils, a cabbage, curry, potato dish, and another plate of beans ... all accompanied with spongy bread. I would like to only spend 1-3 hours in preparation and cooking time if possible! Any ideas? Thank you! ((remember, this is be a vegetarian and easy to do))

Ethiopia Alecha Wats This is a delightful vegetarian version of a classic of Ethiopia. A Wat is a staple Ethiopia. This service 4 people. 200 g chopped onion 4 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons berbere spices 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 3 cm slices of green peppers 4, seeded and quartered 700 ml water 180 ml puree (tomato sauce) 2 teaspoons salt 1 / 2 teaspoon ground ginger 4 potatoes, cut into thick slices 2 tomatoes, blanched, peeled and cut into 8 pieces each 8 cabbage wedges 3 cm in the widest part of salt and pepper Add oil and onion in a large saucepan and fry until onions have softened, add berbere, fry for a minute then add the carrots, green peppers, water, tomato sauce, salt and ginger ground. Bring to simmer and cook for 10 minutes before adding the potatoes and tomatoes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes before adding the cabbage. Season to taste and cook until the vegetables are completely (offering about 25 minutes). Portion out into bowls and serve
